I’m currently visiting Wonderland. It’s an almost mythical world, filled with the unusual, the absurd, the shocking, the humorous, the daring, the anything-but-mundane, and the everyday extraordinary. As for my host… I’m in the presence of brilliance. (Of course, I knew I would be before I arrived.)
This is my host’s Wonderland and in this place, everything makes perfect sense. I’ve climbed down their rabbit hole.
This Wonderland… it is the home of a South Florida blogger. So here’s the mystery for you, dear friend and reader: whose Wonderland is this?
Hint: a link to my host’s blog can be found on South Florida Daily Blog. If it’s not immediately apparent who it is, read through the blogs in Rick’s blogroll to help narrow it down. Once you read through the blogs listed and look at my photos of this curiously magical world, it should become obvious.
So here, let’s start. Visual clues through photographs. All of them are tagged under Wonderland.
I’ll be updating with more photos from Wonderland over the coming few days.
I should give a prize. Maybe a signed print. Yeah, let’s do that. For the person that guesses first. If you already know where I am, you’re not eligible. (I know who knows!)
So yeah. A signed 8×12 print of any photograph of mine to the person who guesses first. If you think you know, leave a comment.
UPDATE: We have a winner. See the comments.
@mkhall? (because of the books)
That’s gotta be Hidden City and if it’s not, I wanna know who it is!
We have a winner. Both of you are correct.
Ines, pick whatever you like and it’s all yours. Maria, you do the same.
I’ll get them to you both either when I see you next or if you email me your address. Just let me know which ones you want.
By the way… it isn’t entirely obvious because I’m not currently displaying it, but there are over 5,000 photos in the Street +/ Life gallery. And that doesn’t include thousands that I haven’t uploaded!! (There are over 1,000 in the Model Shoots.) I’m updating daily and the post dates are getting set now to the date the photos were taken; this is why you don’t see updates even though they’re occurring.
Both galleries will eventually be current, but for now, you both have a WIDE assortment of photos to choose from.
A note: I’ve been changing the site around to make better use of tags so it’s easier for users to browse. Over the coming weeks, this site will be ridiculously easy to navigate and ultra user-friendly.
Wooo Hoooo! that totally rocks and so glad to get to know @mkhall a little better now (through your photos).
Scott, I would love to buy a small print of the clock photo.
As you wish, Heather. Email me and I’ll give you the scoop on sizes and what not.
w00t! I’m so sorry I’m so late on this, but thanks Scott!
