I’ve driven through Woodbine, Georgia twice now. As you head south along Hwy 17 and cross the bridge to enter this town, this is the first notable piece of humanity. This is what welcomes you to Woodbine. I took a photo the second time I drove through, since by my best estimates, I won’t be making another trip through Woodbine.

I’d love to interview the person who came up with this. I don’t want to be friends with them. But I would like to interview them. Maybe we could be friends. I don’t know. It’s too early, really. And you’re kind of weird but I don’t know if you’re too weird for me to take. Or maybe you’re just corny. Or worse, some uncomfortable combination of both. Or maybe you’re dead and it’s your stuff for sale! I don’t know.
But maybe we could be friends. We probably could be friends, really. I like most people. Let’s just see how the interview goes. I don’t want to commit yet to another friendship. I’ve got so many and it’s already just so hard to keep up with everyone even though I think about them a lot. Like Marco. And Jack and Priscila. And (your name here). And Val. And Caitlin. And Fez/Al S. Damnit, it’s hard to keep up. But I think about you!
Off track. Anyway…
A lot of other people have seen this; it’s nothing new to the interwebs. And I share it now because I’m cleaning up my hard-drive and just now getting around to publishing some photos I took a while ago. Mostly from June and July.
Google has it on streetview. I’m not sure that I care, really. Except to say…
In your face! I was there! I saw it!
Pretty excited about that. Look at me: living life to its fullest.
